OH MY FREAKIN GAWD......I swear being present at the midnight release of Transformers, Revenge of the Fallen was a truly FANTASMAGORICAL experience!!! :love:
My husband and I were the first in line for the showing, and thus got the best seats in the house - smack dab in the middle of the theatre on the main isle! :evillaugh: I literally RAN down the enterance way to make sure I nabbed them for us! And yeah, having awesome seats to an already awesome show made things even better! :D
The theatre was completely packed and we all cheered, clapped, cried, and laughed our asses off together at one of the most entertaining movies I've ever seen! Michael Bay, the actors, and the crew at ILM really outdid themselves with this one - the special effects were MINDBLOWING! And I'm happy to report that the voice casts were exactly the same as in the prior movie - all the Transformers from the first movie have the same voice actors in the second! :D
The storyline was great too - and (in my humble opinion) you really get to see some good character development from not only the human cast, but the Transformers themselves as well. As far as Autobots...Optimus and Bumblebee really shine in this movie...Ironhide has some nice screentime....Jetfire is the shiznit (he soooo reminds me of my husband! :heart: :XD: :heart: ), and the Twins (Skidz and Mudflap) are great comic relief. With the Decepticons....Megatron and Starscream interact classicly together (which I really enjoyed, being a huge G1 fan :D ), Ravage is kick-ass, Soundwave is very cool (and the voice!!! God, the Voice!!!! :XD: ), Wheelie is hillarious, and Devastator is JUST...FREAKIN....HUGE!! :faint:
Needless to say, when the credits rolled, we all clapped and cheered for on of the coolest movies I've ever seen. It was an amazingly good time and fun to share with so many other Transformer fans. :D And yes, we are DEFINATELY going to go see it again (and again and again and again probably! ;P ) - there's so much to see there's no WAY you can take it all in the first time.

So yeah...there's my quick rant and review (spoiler free, mind you ;P ) of Transformers. Just wanted to share with you all what an amazingly fucktastic time I had! :headbang: So what are you waiting for??? Go now!!! Watch Transformers!!! I promise you'll be glad you did! :D
